Problems logging in to Qube?

You must log in to Qube using your COLLEGE NETWORK USERNAME AND PASSWORD. Students - the network username is your student reference number (PSN).  At the start of the academic year, all students' passwords are reset to their Date of Birth (DDMMYY). The first time you log in to a college computer, you have to change your password, and the new password must be used when you log in to Qube. You cannot log in to Qube using Date of Birth as password.

The college network asks you to change your password* at regular intervals. It's a good idea to change your password (on a college network computer) before any college holidays in case it expires while you are away from college.

You cannot change your password within Qube, it has to be done on a college network computer. If you forget your password or need to reset it, or still have problems logging in, see the IT Helpdesk in the iHub. The Central Admin team (in A Building) can also reset your password. If you can't see all your courses (look in the My Courses link at the top of the page or in the Navigation block) please speak to your tutor.

* if you NEVER come into college, your username and password will be supplied to you by your tutor and you will not need to change the password.
